The Problem
Inherited SAS tasks with no documentation. Had no visibility into job status—only learned about failures when teams complained. Limited ownership and resilience for high-priority reports.
The Solution
Built dashboard to collect tribal knowledge, then PowerShell script to monitor folder locations based on report criteria (naming, file size). Enabled proactive vs reactive monitoring.
